Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Certain products may be final sale or non-returnable—please check the product page for details.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to your Order History
  2. Select the item you want to return
  3. Click "Start a Return" and follow the instructions

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label by email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.


Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or a replacement item, you can request an exchange instead of a refund when starting your return.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if possible, and we’ll make it right.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for domestic returns initiated through our portal. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
