Billing, Canceling, & Modifying Orders
Billing Information
Your payment is processed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific payment methods.
You can view your billing history, download invoices, and update your payment method by visiting your Billing Settings.
Common Billing Questions
- Charges appear on your statement as: 8Bar
- For subscription orders, billing recurs automatically unless canceled
- If you notice an unexpected charge, please contact support
Canceling Orders
You may cancel most orders within 1 hour of placing them by going to your Order History and selecting "Cancel Order".
After the cancellation window, orders may have already begun processing and can no longer be canceled. In that case, you can initiate a return once the item is delivered.
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, visit your Subscriptions page and select "Cancel Subscription". Canceling a subscription stops future charges, but does not refund past payments.
Modifying Orders
Changes to shipping address, product quantities, or payment method can only be made during the 1-hour post-purchase window. To request changes:
- Go to your Order History
- Select the order
- Click "Modify Order" (if available)
If the order has already shipped, we recommend waiting for delivery and initiating a return or exchange if needed.
